Welcome to Remediate!

The strategy card game that turns you into an environmental warrior and the makings of a synthetic biologist. In Remediate! you will supercharge your microbes to remove the most plastic from different environments and recycle it. You will meet a host of colourful microbe characters that have been engineered to save our environment from plastic. What heroes! Don’t be fooled. This isn’t just a walk in the park with a litter stick and rubbish bag. You will be competing in a high stakes battle of the fittest organisms. Earn victory points by removing the most plastic and recycling into new products. Choose your fighter. Select your gene pool. Determine your environments and start playing. Developed by a talented team of synthetic biologists within our Centre, Remediate! is a game for 2- 6 six players.

WHERE TO PLAY

Interested in science, engineering, board games and fun? Come and play at one of the National Science Week events we’re running across the country. You’ll get to play the game and hear from interesting synthetic biologists about their work. We’d love your feedback on this latest version of the game.
